It's time to MARCH to the beat!

Spring is almost amongst us! Time for all the great events to come and fashions that follow...

Speaking of FASHION: Dress the part!

If you haven't seen it yet then turn on the TV tube for American Idol. Nashville contestant Paul Mc Donald is sporting the rhinestones! That's right bring back the inspiration of NUDIE suits in a modern edge by Manuel's son today designed by Manny.

Manny, my brother whom I teased with pleasure for wearing upholstery as pants all the time I gave him the name Wear it Out as a joke. Since he has always used funky materials to make as his pants and wearing them out like crazy. Now he calls his designs : Wear it Out Manuel located at 1001Dickerson Pike Nashville,TN 37207 and designing full stream which can be seen on one of the most popular shows American Idol.

There is truth in looking the part so continue to vote for Paul Mc Donald and see more of WEAR IT OUT Manuel

HMM...I always say keep them guessing?

You know I can't leave you hanging? But yours truly has been working it. And I can't wait to brand a very special item in the works but only time will tell!~hint: It's Kosher Baby!

As for now my Hosting talents are being honored and about to work on a TV show in the making ~ very exciting stuff  on board .  I have also been working on the reality show and have interest with a Candian producer so don't be surprised that my crazy family life will be on tape soon! Get ready for your Cameo! LOL!

The Ups & Downs of living the life as a Diabetic

Ups,downs & spinning all around feeling almost like a Depeche Mode record. But seriously making a journal of day to day . My life is like a a wild ride on a roller coaster but love every moment. The key thing is movement. I have been on the move and doing Zumba.  Zumba is a great exercise and helping me make the right decisions towards my health and a fun activity to share with friends. We are laughing and burning calories at the same time! whoo hoo!

3 things to make you live longer:

#1 I have a true love for writing especially letters. The USPS loves me as well as those on the receiving end.  So send someone a friendly note

#2 stay on the move ~ Movement is good for our health

#3 No texting & driving ~I know that's one in training but with all the great things ahead why would you cut your life short?

Paper work pilling up: Well the paper work is on my desk...and a special annoucement  is soon to be made to Davidson County

It was a snowy and Smokey Cigar night in Hendersonville for literary Icon Kinky Friedman last month. It was a nice turn out  due to snow & ice with a cast of characters just as WWKD ( What Would Kinky Do?) Expect only the unexpected from this writer, musician, politican and add cigars to the list. I'm spotted smoing a Kinky Lady from the choices of: The Kinky Cristo,  The Lone Star, The Kinky Lady, The Governor,The Willie,Big Richard, Texas Jewboy & The Utopian

The entertainment continued on my icee ride home been saved by 2 cute country boys eyeing me down as I attempted up the hill and they said,"This ain't Hollywood!" then I replied, how you know I'm from there!~ no joke! Luckly I didn't have to walk home in heels & rhinestones what a girl to do?

Thoughts on Valentine's Day:

Mushy Cards, Yummy Candy, Loving thoughts, Jewerly & Roses

"My Lips are Ruby Red
And I dream of Oceans so Blue
But without a Doubt my Love is True!"

Now here's a little History of Sant Valentine's Day:

Valentine's Day started in the time of the Roman Empire. In ancient Rome, February 14th was a holiday to honour Juno. Juno was the Queen of the Roman Gods and Goddesses. The Romans also knew her as the Goddess of women and marriage. The following day, February 15th, began the Feast of Lupercalia.

The lives of young boys and girls were strictly separate. However, one of the customs of the young people was name drawing. On the eve of the festival of Lupercalia the names of Roman girls were written on slips of paper and placed into jars. Each young man would draw a girl's name from the jar and would then be partners for the duration of the festival with the girl whom he chose. Sometimes the pairing of the children lasted an entire year, and often, they would fall in love and would later marry.

Now if it could be this easy?

More adventures to come

Rhinestones are a girls best friend! May 2011 Sparkle On!

Anything that "shines" and/or makes you "shine" is apart of a Rhinestone Heiress life, so here's life as I see it starting off with a recap of 2010
My highlights of 2010:

Beginning with showcae after showcase, party planning, charity work, the Marty Party's, Manuel's Mountain mudslide to the Flood. New &old friendships, going to Chicago, Chully nights, 4 weddings & a funeral, GPS tales, recording TV commericals, signing contracts, Havana Nights, letting go of the negativity and manafesting the postivity, mini trip to LA to being crowned a Oyster Queen~ cracks it up in a nut shell!

As if this Kosher Taco has a break but is in need for hire!

Rhinestone Heiress Tales:
Besides wearing Rhinestones for just the HELL of it...I favor some Sparklin good places:

One of choice is the Rhinestone Wedding Chapel  where Vegas meets Music City on Music Row. I was maid of honor for my dear friend Susan Bennet now Mrs. Lopez. The latests from the Lopez's ...baby Lopez on the way! whoo hoo! It defintely has charm and a great way to get wed with character and reasonable prices remember to mention the RH sent ya!

Like most for the holidays my house is in sparkle Rhinestone Heiress ( Manuel/Nudie) form. I got a gold tree with rhinestone detail and a colorful lighted up  peacock for the decor

Speaking of rhinestones a sucessful Holiday party it was at Manuel's with the sounds of Joe HIlton ,The Nooes & Pete James Band. There were also many great sales & purchases made!

As a RH a drink is needed. Prefering Champagne but not always on a champagne budget I verge towards my whiskey. That's where the Sibling Riviary takes place. My Crown Royal has introduced a brother named Crown Royal Black and it's smooth and a new fav of mine!

Since being sick this season I have been ordering a heat grand mariner always a sophisicated choice to clear the sinuses but easier on the budget to get another to purchase it for you like your daddy aka Sugar daddy!

Speaking of Sugar here's the latests with  my Life with Diabetes: Life is sweet!

My blood sugars have been in tack but the temptations of sweets have been fun this season! I'm more of a salty lover then sugary but doing well either way!

We raised some money during Havana Nights for Rhinestone Cure and are excited for the next adventure for a Rhinestone Cure ball 2011 & our relationship with 3fundingamerica : text "RHINESTONE" to 56687 to win something sparklin!

LOVE ,FRIENDS & FAMILY:

The tricky trio! LOL!

My thoughts on love they come into your life for a reason, season & a lifetime! I have learned to listen more and enjoy the postivity of the voyage you  two shared as well to try to hold on to your privacy. I found that one a difficult one being a public person due that most are interested in your affairs but at the same time your excited to share your bliss &  somehow troubles. But I will always be  in love with love no matter how jaded you don't want to become I leave my heart open

Mo & Laura Land aka soon to be HuberBFF's
My Friendships near & far have been great ! I have even have built more stronger bonds with some new friends as finding old friends coming to visit. I have usually been lucky with friendships but I have put my foot down when I continue to reach out one sided  this is no longer

BB& MO
  below Sherry & Mo

Milagro & Mo
Niece Yvette, Nephew Marc & sis JamieMonica & MO
Chrystie Wooley & Mo
And as for Family well they are family. You love them & don't have to agree with them or be their best friend but they will always be there and are apart of you lol!
Me & My daddy

As we end one year and begin a new one raise your glass....Cheers to 2011 and all the adventures to come!

Love & Laughter, Morelia

Remember to take time and smell the roses!

The latest and whats to become...

Last weekend  full of adventures starting off with a Pre CMA showcase:

I hosted a rare talent named Josh Langston check him out:

Josh Langston has a voice that carries through a room like a tornado with a cause. He will leave you with a hum that will run through your soul like never before, finding yourself with an addiction to the sound wailing from his music. His music stands for the everyday working man, lonely hearts, and the whiskey drinking part of everyone that loves music. He has a heart of gold determined to be heard. Cara Miller, owner of Radio Free Texas, says "Josh Langston has a way of painting a picture with lyrics... word crafting at it's finest. His razor sharp edge sets him aside from anything your ears can tune into on the radio. Josh landed on the Roots Music Report Chart for 43 consecutive weeks, standing 35 weeks in the top 10 with his “Ashes from Embers” album. He co-wrote “Pass me that Bottle” which reached 11 on the Texas Music Chart. Also his song “Take Me Back Home” reached 33 on the same chart. He has been number 1 on many request charts such as Radio Free Texas, and his song “Just Cause” cannot be extinguished on The Outlaw 92.5 in San Antonio, TX. He has been singing along side many artists both old school and on the rise, such as Ryan Bingham, Billy Joe Shaver, Hayes Carl, Charlie Robinson, and Jamey Johnson.

Often being called the Steve Earle of his time, his outlaw tune is not your typical commercial jingle lingering from Nashville. Although he has lived most of his life in Texas, it began in California, moving from state to state with his family as a child eventually finding his way back to Texas. Raised in a military household, Langston often rejected too much discipline. He learned to know trouble and his stubbornness combined with independence has provided him the basis for his songwriting. His songs are about what’s in your heart-- sometimes good, and other times, feelings we don’t want to admit out loud. His lyrics explode with feelings from tender to determination. His sound is pure outlaw, "channeling the revolution that Luckenbach begat”, as said by Cody Oxley of 11th Hour Magazine. And that’s who he is --the new bandit.
